What is 'My Collection'

The ‘My collection’ page in the main navigation bar provides a succinct listing of products and assets for which you as a consumer have Export and/or Spaces use permissions.

For each product or asset you can find their:

1. Name

2. Type

   1. Asset

   2. Product

3. Organization

4. Usage access

   1. Created by me

   2. Subscribed (for products)

   3. Shared with me (for assets)

5. Usage permissions

   1. Spaces

   2. Export

There are a range of filter and sort options to more easily adapt the table and find the product or asset you may be looking for.

Products

Clicking on the product name opens a new tab with the product page where you can view

1. Summary

2. Assets - if the product contains assets

3. Plans

4. Usage permissions - if the product contains assets that have been created using other platform products and assets

Assets

Clicking on an asset opens a modal that contains useful information about the asset

1. Metadata

2. Dictionary

3. Sample data

4. Usage permissions - if the asset has been created using other platform products and assets
