Security Best Practices
The following recommendations help you to keep your data secure and to manage your tasks efficiently.
We recommend maintaining small, specialized Spaces for distinct use cases, with segregated user access to avoid granting access to all assets and data products.
Only the Space owner can add assets, products, and collaborators, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
When engineering assets, their security is constrained by the access type assigned to it and the subscription plans in the parent products, highlighting the importance of limiting products in a Space.
For assets, exercise caution when granting 'manage' access to prevent undesired alterations.
Additionally, remember to update your security credentials on your endpoint.
Note: If your organization mandates restricting access to data uploaded to Discovery Workbench from CoreLogic users, please be aware that limiting access to these assets will restrict CoreLogic users from activating the spaces associated with those assets. This, in turn, may limit the level of analytical support and code troubleshooting they can provide.
