Automation

The platform allows you to organize and improve your workflows through automation. There are three types of automation integral to the platform:

Automation of Content Operation

Our data products (specifically, their assets) are designed to be updated on a regular basis. Each update is called a revision.

On the platform, you can easily update your assets when your source data is refreshed through the use of a transfer notification file, or TNF. You can also assign assets to be exported (if export is permissible) whenever they are updated – on a triggered event (refresh) or scheduled basis (for example once a week).

Automation of Data Processing

Tasks allow users to turn what once were static engineered assets into repeating engineered assets. This feature enables users to automate their Spaces code and dynamically create engineered assets automatically. Automated assets can update on a schedule, be triggered by an update of a Data Product or asset, or be run manually. Using code assets and Tasks will save users countless hours of updating their engineered assets as well as open up new opportunities for Workbench.

Automation of Interactions with CoreLogic Services

In the platform’s innovation Spaces, you can interact with the various data services of CoreLogic. A software development kit (SDK) is provided to simplify and automate the actions needed. For example, enriching an address portfolio with CLIP®, CoreLogic’s unique property identification service, can be performed with a single operation.
