Accessing Your Accounts

You will need to set up two accounts for access to the Discovery Platform: one for the platform, and one for Customer Support in the Help Center.

After receiving your Welcome to Customer Support email from jira@discoveryplatform.atlassian.net, click on the sign-up link to register for the Help Center.

Once you are registered with those accounts, you can communicate with our Customer Success team and Data Scientists through your own Slack channel.
