Solutions Dashboard

If you have run a previous scenario for this use case, it will appear here. You can access it by clicking on the Solution from your dashboard.

4

Create Scenario

On the Scenario page, complete each field:

  • Select a Scenario Name: enter a name of your choosing.

  • Portfolio: select which portfolio, or list of loans, you want to use.

  • Minimum Quality Level: This will help determine the quality of your data. Choose the minimum level for a loan CLIP quality index. The range is from 1-10, with 10 being an exact match.

  • Enter the Lender’s Name.

  • Enter the Reference ID: this is a key field in your portfolio that we will use when we export the data back to you.

  • Payoff Date: Select from the dropdown menu.

  • Frequency: How often you want to run your scenario. Choose daily, weekly or monthly.

  • Start Date: From the menu, select the date you want to begin.

5

Select a State

This is the first page of your solution. You will see the filters option on the left side of your screen.

  • Select the state and lenders you want to view from the dropdown menu.

  • You can reset the filters by clicking on the Reset link next to the Filters header.

Select a county and zoom in

Once you select your state, you can select a county using the dropdown menu or by zooming into the map, using your mouse scroll or by clicking on the + and - map controls.

7

Filters

  • The Top 10 Lenders in each county will appear with an assigned color. If your company isn’t one of the top 10 Lenders, you will see yourself ranked but without an assigned color.

  • The Other category is for lenders outside the top 10 and those areas will be displayed in white on the map.

  • You may see a Notification for queries of payoffs that are <60 days.

8

Insights Detail

The box on the right of the screen displays your Statewide Insights. These reflect:

  • Number of homes sold.

  • Number of homes refinanced.

  • Number of homes paid off.

  • Recapture rate is defined as the percentage of customers who paid-off their mortgage and returned to their original lender.

9

County Tooltip Insights

  • Hovering over a county will bring up a tooltip with insights for that county.

  • The Insights box on the right provides the default statewide insights for comparison.

10

Switch from Map View to Chart View

  • You can switch views on the upper right of the screen, from Map View to Chart View. The Chart View allows you to see the lenders who have closed loans via payoff.

  • The default view when looking at the state is all lenders. You can change the filter to select a specific county via the Geography filter.

  • Select a specific lender within the list to view “Transaction Types” and “Loan Types” per lender.

11

Chart View Selected Lender

  • Select a Lender from the central column.

  • This will alter the content in the Transaction Type and Loan Type boxes to reflect that Lender.

12

Data Export

  • You can download your insights via CSV or PDF by clicking on the export icon on the top right of your screen.

  • The PDF export will display what is shown on your screen. The CSV export will include all data hidden from view (for example, within a table that scrolls, etc.)

13

Transaction Type Drop Down Menu in Chart View

The default view of Transaction Type is “All mortgage types” but users can sort the table by:

  • Home Sale

  • Refinance
